I made a purchase at the store, but need a refund. What should I do?

Android

For Android devices, we'll need the receipt provided by the Google Play Store to process the refund. This receipt should include the order number (GPA), item name, and purchase date. Usually, it's sent to your email within a day or two, but you can also check your purchase history by following the steps on this article: Find your Google Store receipt & order number

Once you locate this receipt, all you need to do is send it to us. You can do this within the game itself (by clicking on "Settings" and then "Contact Us") or via email at stop@fanatee.com.

After that, leave it to us! We'll process the refund for your purchase, and the amount should be returned to you in due time. 😉


iOS

For iOS devices, Apple is responsible for providing refunds. However, we can assist you in this process if you have any doubts!
